Nurse Practitioner:

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to diagnose and treat health conditions, as well as promote good health practices. As an advanced practice registered nurse, you’ll be our go-to person for ensuring the best patient care possible. The job description of a nurse practitioner includes conducting physical examinations, interpreting lab tests, diagnosis mental health patients, evaluate substance use disorders, diagnosis pain management and overseeing patients’ health. You’ll be both a health practitioner and an educator, supporting disease prevention practices and helping people lead healthy lives. You should have experience in one of the following Nurse Practitioner specialties: pain management, addiction medicine acute care, cardiology, family health, women’s health or psychiatry. Extensive clinical experience on primary care is vital. As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll have to work closely with other healthcare professionals, so you should have a team spirit and a positive attitude. Patience, problem-solving skills and communication ability are important. Responsibilities

·       Oversee office staff and practice management for the IOP program

·       Examine patients and their medical records

·       Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.)

·       Diagnose health conditions and illnesses

·       Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases

·       Prescribe medications

·       Maintain accurate records and schedules

·       Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications

·       Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics and prevention

·       Oversee patients’ overall health

·       Promote good health practices

·       Advance professional knowledge and conduct research

 

Skills

  •  Proven experience as Nurse Practitioner in a clinic, hospital, ER or other setting

  •  Expertise in primary care, acute care and chronic care practices

  •  Knowledge of health and patient care regulations

  •  Excellent communication skills

  •  Strong ethics

  •  Team spirit with a positive attitude

  •  Patience and cool-headedness

  •  Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience

Therapist - (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

CelebrationPointe places strong emphasis on Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment. This is an Intensive Out-Patient (IOP) classroom setting for those suffering from mental instability and substance dependency. We help those process through group psychotherapy and one on one psychotherapy.

We will hire (3) LPC therapist that will rotate between the mental health class for 3 hrs per day/3 days a week and the substance dependency class 3 hrs per day/3 days a week. The therapist will help the continuation of a developing curriculum for the site that is integrated dual diagnosed focused. It is our goal to stretched the boundaries of learning.

This position will require expanded thinking (out of the box) with processing, curriculum design and implementation. The therapist must have pro-activeness, creativity, collaborative care, attentiveness, initiative, result driven, communicate effectively and coachable.

  • This is a part-time position that will have strong potential for full-time hire.

  • 08-15 hrs. weekly (Monday-Tuesday-Thursday) (9:30 am - 12:30 pm)

  • One on one psychotherapy sessions (10 max per/month)

  • Charting/assessment with our Kareo, QuickMar /Care Suite system

  • Task incoming intake/assessment for IOP

  • Task discharge for IOP

  • L1MA training within 30 days

  • Narcan training within 30 days

  • Fentanyl training within 30 days

  • Trauma informed training within 60-90 days

  • PCSS training within 7 days

  • Provide supervision for practicum students

CelebrationPointe Clinic is in the process of hiring team members. CelebrationPointe places strong emphasis on Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment. This is an Intensive Out-Patient (IOP) classroom setting for those suffering from mental instability and substance dependency. We are seeking to hire (2) facilitators’ that will rotate between the mental health class for 3 hrs per day/3 days a week and the substance dependency class 3 hrs per day/3 days a week. The facilitators’ will help develop a new curriculum for the site that is integrated dual diagnosed focused. It is our goal to stretched the boundaries of learning.

This position will require expanded thinking (out of the box) with curriculum design and implementation. The facilitator must have drug use savvy, manipulation smart, pro-activeness, creativity, ears to the street language, understands reality, collaborative care, innovativeness, initiative, result driven, communicate effectively and coachable.

  • This is a part-time position that will have the potential to for full-time hire.

  • 10-20 hrs. weekly (Monday 9am-1pm, Tuesday 9am-1pm, Thursday 9am-1pm)

  • Group psychotherapy and one on one psychotherapy SUD sessions 30-45 min intervals

  • Charting/assessment with our QuickMar /Care Suite system

  • Task incoming intake/assessment for IOP with LPC

  • Task discharge for IOP

  • L1MA training within 30 days (agency paid)

  • Narcan training within 30 days (agency paid)
